Researcher/Project Manager In The Yeast Core Lab Of The Pittsburgh Center For Kidney ResearchUniversity Of Pittsburgh Aug 2008 - Sep 2021The yeast core lab uses S. cerevisiae as a model organism to study the biogenesis, trafficking, and degradation of clinically important kidney proteins. I am the primary researcher of the core lab and carry out all required experiments of the core. I am also responsible for coordination with all collaborating investigators using the services of the yeast core, maintaining all records of core lab activities, and assist in writing up results of the core for publication. In addition, I train and oversee any junior students who work on core lab related projects. -
