After first experiences in Unix support and as Product Manager at DEC, I was responsible for the partner certification program at Compaq as a team leader. Among other, I strongly promoted the center in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. At SAP Education, the focus was on shortening innovation cycles and implementing a direct customer approach. At Klubschule Migros, the national organization and the range of services had to be completely realigned due to the continuing decline in revenues. In my last function at uniQservice, I was the division manager for new products/processes in the repair and logistics areas and was directly responsible for key accounts.
