I grew up in the construction industry as a third generation carpenter. With an AAS in Construction Management and 10+ years of deliberately rounded, increasingly intensive industry experience; I have settled into a Project Superintendent role where I find myself most effective and valuable. My experiences from around the industry pay dividends at every turn as I rarely find myself confronted with issues that I am unprepared for. From telecom and utilities, to building envelope and facades, to interior finishes, to site development, I'm always armed with the experience to make informed and sound decisions. I always say that my confidence lies not in an arrogance that I always know the answer, but in the assurance that I can quickly learn the material and find the answer. This makes me a firm believer in life-long learning and self-improvement.
