As a field researcher at IHS I was responsible for populating and maintaining the oil and gas fields module of the IHS energy database through appropriate research and analysis of new and historic information and data.The fields module contains records of oil/gas discoveries and fields in the Middle East with detailed data and remarks on; the fields geological setting, exploration, reservoirs, reserves, production, costs, development and recovery techniques. New information and data was analysed and interpretted before been entered into the database.
