As a Peer Advisor, I work directly with over 130+ first-year students to immerse them into the Fisher College of Business and prepare them for college life. I co-instruct a semester-long course that goes over curriculum planning, resume review, involvement on campus, and much more. Additionally, I work with Fisher Advising to aid students in changing their course schedules to best meet their needs.

As a CSA intern, I was placed on Delta's Social Media team. During my time on this team, I worked on an extensive competitive analysis to gain performance and data-driven insights into Delta's social media channels. Collectively evaluating and analyzing over 4000 social media posts. Using this research I then created a new Social Creative Guidebook for all of Delta's social channels including Life At Delta and Delta Vacations. With these guidelines in place, they have allowed Delta to be more consistent and engaged in our social spaces.

As a Logistics Intern at Kostelia S.R.L, I worked with every employee in their warehouses to evaluate their individual comfort level on the different jobs across the warehouse. Using this data, I worked directly on a cross-training plan to ensure a smooth supply chain across the warehouse. Additionally, as a global intern, I was able to gain a global perspective in a cross-culture environment.

I work with both on-campus and off-campus venues to provide the premiere on-campus experience.
