Investigative Division

► Currently Division commanding officer of the Investigative Divisiob. 2011-2015- Commanding Officer of the 2nd and 4th Precincts. Leadership of upwards of 130+ sworn officers assigned to manage patrol functions of entire precinct and the unique police services associated with the resort area. Manage and supervision of numerous special events that includes all major holidays and events such as the Patriotic Festival, Neptune Festival and the 2011 Hurricane Irene event. ► Successfully completed the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s National Academy (Session 244). ► Night Command Duty Officer: Worked within the National Incident Management System (NIMS) / Incident Command System (ISC) by coordinating major operations that included SWAT operations and high profile cases such as a structural collapse, homicides and officer involved shooting scenes. ► Day Command Duty Officer: supervised and lead the CSO and PDO programs and Commanding Officer of the Crime Prevention Unit ►Co-Managed and Co-Lead the planning process for the 2012 Patriotic Festival that was anticipated to draw the highest level of crowds in decades. The planning process entailed bringing numerous stakeholders together throughout the City (Public Safety, Emergency Management, Public Works, Highways and others) to develop a plan that involved over 800 city employees, numerous assets and the development of seven emergency contingency plans. I presented two extensive presentations to City Executive Staff and Police Leadership personnel. ►Community Outreach
