- Worked with a leadership cohort to develop and execute a month long training program for 28 participants. This training prepared participants in skills such as outdoor desert living, Leave No Trace ethics, habitat restoration techniques, four-wheel drive driver training, group dynamics, and interacting with the public.- Partnered with the BLM to develop and execute a habitat restoration project that involved the closing and rehabilitation of illegal routes, the tracking and monitoring of endangered wildlife (i.e. desert tortoises), educating and interacting with the public, and monitoring the success of previous projects.

Led a crew of four corps members on a conservation project on the Angeles National Forest. Our crew led volunteer projects that were aimed at helping the forest recover from a massive wildfire. Some of our projects included trail maintence, removing invaisive plant species, and restoring campgrounds. As the Project Leader, I was responsible for developing the project, manageing the crew's resources, and training crew members.
