Worked with multi-disciplinary engineering, regulatory, and permitting staff on regional, and inter-office projects, including dam modifications for flow releases, and other FERC 4e conditions. Prepared and managed designs for the $60M design build Pit 345 Improvement Project, penstock replacements, radial gate inspections and retrofit projects, spill channel restoration and intake screens. Drafted, and reviewed various technical studies for hydropower facilities.

Provided project management, and engineering services on various projects including several large residential/golf course communities located in the Sierra Foothills, and residential /commercial subdivisions in the San Joaquin Valley, up to 20,000 acres. Responsible for marketing, proposals, resolution of personnel issues, and project budget performance. Served as the District Engineer for the Western Hills Water District.

Responsible for technical performance, schedules, budgets, and business development for multi-disciplinary engineering projects for both public, and private clients. Planned, monitored, and controlled engineering activities for a staff of eight. Technical responsibilities included preparation of master infrastructure plans, and detailed plans and specifications for roads, water, sewer, recycled water and storm drainage facilities. Completed engineering design and permitting efforts for both water and wastewater treatment facilities. Provided engineering support to various development groups within the office. Performed as both Project Engineer, and Project Manager on several large residential / golf course communities. Successfully completed several major design-build projects within the City of Stockton. Served as the District Engineer for the Santa Lucia Community Services District, and the Western Hills Water District

Re-engineered major pipeline relocation plans, saving over $200,000.

Responsible for the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater transmission and treatment facilities. Utilized computer modeling for large scale master planning efforts on domestic, storm, and wastewater infrastructure. Completed value engineering on several Air Force wastewater collection facilities.
