They are pleased to find out Barclay is a complete design build firm. We handle all aspects of the development and construction process. We facilitate site planning, rezoning, and civil engineering. Our in-house design staff prepares all space planning and conceptual design and manages all architectural, structural, M.E.P, and landscape design and engineering. We manage and execute all construction services from site development through shell construction and space finish-out.Initially we will prepare a site plan analysis, showing the footprint of the proposed building, parking and traffic circulation, fire lane and approaches. The site plan analysis gives us an opportunity to make sure the customer can visualize the project and reassure them that the project will not only fit the lot, but is making best use of the footage. We provide this service at not charge to the customer. We can further assist our customers with financing through one of our primary banking partners.
