Challenge of budget through creation of forecast based on current business and estimated evolution.3) Preparation of monthly management accounts for 4 of the 6 business units, presentation and comments on a budget comparative basis in front of the executive commitee.4) On a monthly basis, presentation for each business unit of an in depth analysis of their activity and actions plans to improve their results in front of external consultants. 5) On a weekly basis, preparation of clearly defined KPI for each business unit, review of KPI on a regular basis. 6) Special projects A) Restructuring of activity : based on a product analysis in terms of volume and margins, reduction of produced products focusing on long runs enabling increased productivity.
