In my role as Chief Investment Officer, I manage all aspects of Halstatt's investment strategy across a diverse group of asset classes. I currently serve as a Partner in Halstatt Real Estate Partners, a real estate private equity firm that has participated in the acquisition and development of over $850 million in Florida-based real estate assets. I also serve as a Principal of Halstatt Legacy Partners, an investment practice focused on entrepreneurship through acquisition and the operation of resulting portfolio companies.In addition, I work closely with: Florida Gulfshore Capital, a direct venture capital firm affiliated with Halstatt; Trent Capital Partners, a direct private equity affiliate; and Haversine Funding, an affiliate engaged in direct loan participations with selected specialty lending partners.

I currently serve as a Partner at Halstatt Real Estate Partners, a real estate private equity firm targeting opportunistic investments in Class A commercial office space, workforce multifamily housing and student housing projects across Florida. I provide oversight on deploying the firm's capital as well as working alongside a cross-section of institutional limited partners including charitable foundations and endowments, domestic and international family offices, and corporate pension funds.

I currently serve as a principal at Halstatt Legacy Partners, an investment practice focused on entrepreneurship through acquisition and the operation of resulting portfolio companies. We partner, advise and serve as capital sponsor to exceptional entrepreneurs who acquire and build great businesses.

I currently serve as a Principal at Haversine Funding, an affiliate of Halstatt engaged in direct loan participations with selected specialty lending partners. We provide working capital solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises through close relationships with leading asset-based lenders.

I currently serve as an advisor to Florida Gulfshore Capital, a direct venture capital firm affiliated with Halstatt. We make private investments in early stage venture opportunities, primarily in Florida and the Southeast, with a focus on industrial products, healthcare and web-based content.

I currently serve as an advisor to Trent Capital Partners, a direct private equity firm affiliated with Halstatt. I work closely with the firm in sourcing, structuring and managing small to mid-market LBO's and growth equity investments.
