• Visual inspect mainboards for possible customer-induced defect present which is not found by Repair Inspection Operator.• Checked for customer failure description in Shop Floor Control System• Repair and troubleshooting of multiple models of DELL server motherboards using different kinds of debugging instruments like, ESAMBER, Digital Multimeter, Oscilloscope etc.• Full Function Testing of whole server units, as well as programming, software updating, and visual checking.• Declare unrepairable mainboards whether HTR (Hard to Repair), CID, Burned-out, Quality Issue, and 3rd time return.• Update in Shop Floor Control System the necessary data for history tracking.• Have deep knowledge concerning Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) in workplace and have multiple ESD trainings and refresher courses every 6 months.• Trained in soldering through surface mount or via-hole PCB’s, and using hot air surface mounting of different BGA components.
