I provide IT support for the county. I diagnosis and resolve users issues when they arise. As well as handling projects that are assigned to me in a quick professional manor.

I provide remote and on site support for clients in the Bay Area. This support includes Hardware, Software, Network, Server support, and installation of cctv systems. I have provided support and lead various project for our clients. I have set up and maintained VPN/WAN networks as well as smaller scale ones. Managing and setting up vmware ESXi and vsphere. I have also manged O365 company accounts and Azure.

My duties include, imaging, maintaining, installing, and repairing devices. I also assist the network manager. I help district employees with setting up their accounts, where they be on our domain, or an outside account they need for their department. I cover for site techs when they are absent.
