Patrick entered the consulting field after 25 plus years of dynamic leadership experiences, mostly with AT&T. Over the past 14 years, he has consulted with approximately 70 firms in a variety of capacities. He has procured senior managers in both the profit and not-for-profit sectors. He has also recruited customer service representatives and sales associates, as well as IT professionals. In addition to search, he has developed management training academies and delivered stand-up training. He has conducted investigations of alleged sexual harassment on behalf of three different employment attorneys and has testified as an expert witness. One of his specialties has been one-on-one consulting with small business entrepreneurs, assisting these owners in honing the skills necessary to get the most out of their employees.With his leadership qualities, he has stepped in on short notice and assumed the role of an Interim Executive of a troubled organization.
