Furthermore, as a VP for Government & industry with Dunbar Armored (March 3, 2014 - December 14, 2018), served as company's primary liaison with legislators, regulators, and licensing authorities which regulated armored carriers. Additionally, built upon diverse relationships with the armored car industry, government, and regulatory officials who influenced laws governing operation of firearms, training rules, and industry regulations that governed various armored security matters. In closing, supported Dunbar’s Security Department through robust law enforcement relationships and proficient investigative experiences across the cash in transit spectrum. In October 2017, unanimously elected President of the National Armored Car Association (term: Oct. 2017 - Dec. 2018) and represented Brinks, Dunbar, Loomis and Garda on a multitude of safety and security issues nationally. Key Results & Highlights: Directly appointed by FBI Director Robert S. Mueller, III as a Legal Attaché to Kingdom of Cambodia and Republic of Vietnam, to manage all bi-lateral FBI matters with executive law enforcement personnel in both nations from 2010 to 2012. Successfully established the first MOU in bi-lateral Law Enforcement Cooperation in the host government. Selected to serve as the FBI’s representative to INTERPOL. Trained all FBI task force personnel assigned to the Southeast European Cooperation Initiative (SECI). Recipient of two (2) Attorney General Awards for outstanding contribution and for successfully resolving international criminal investigations in Romania. Additionally, facilitated effective international liaison relationships, high level information sharing conducted in accordance with executive orders, legal treaties, Attorney General guidelines, as well as FBI initiatives through bi-lateral interagency agreements.
