I spend most of my time representing companies and their directors and officers in shareholder class actions, derivative lawsuits, internal investigations, and SEC investigations and enforcement actions. I have represented clients in a wide range of industries, including computer software and hardware, semiconductors, life sciences and biotech, medical devices, consumer products, public accounting, and financial services. My clients have included some of Silicon Valley's largest and most prominent public companies and its most innovative start-up companies. I serve on the board of the Boys and Girls Club of the Peninsula and the board of Silicon Valley Campaign for Legal Services.
