Patrick Giblin is an entrepreneurial-big-picture senior manager and consultant, experienced in transitions, conversions, decommissions, implementations and operations management in a dynamic operating environment. Operating Income increased 250% from YE 2010 – YE 2012, EBIDTA increased 200% to $5.4mm over the same time period while maintaining an EBIDTA margin of greater than 65% over the two years after assuming oversight role for operations. He has typically been a critical decision maker for organizations he works with and an escalation point for clients, staff, and management team. He has had specific experience in multiple bank conversions, core processing conversions, and decommission and divestiture of assets post acquisition.
