In my role as Head of CS my main tasks are as follows:- Set the overall objectives and key results for the team (OKR's), focusing on driving product adoption, leading a positive customer experience, and driving growth through gross renewals and net retention improvements.- Drive customer outcomes, product adoption and customer experience based on data analysis (Periscope/Sisense)- Responsible for Key Accounts - Expand our revenue in accounts through new sales and up-sell opportunities- Automating tasks in order to make the team more efficient- Reduce churn and drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference ability- Maintaining the right prioritization on the KanBan based on input from all stakeholders- Developing new revenue driven features
