CurrentResponsible for managing underwriting team and investment process.Summit actively seeks to execute distressed debt purchases from commercial banks and alternative lenders (including individual notes and portfolios), special situation loan originations (including bridge loans, DIP and exit financings) and other balance sheet restructuring opportunities. Typical investments range between $1 million and $75 million with the flexibility to complete larger transactions. Summit’s existing portfolio includes commercial & industrial loans along with a diverse commercial real estate portfolio consisting of hospitality, industrial, multi-family, c-store, retail, warehouse, office, self-storage, golf course, environmentally challenged property, and other esoteric asset classes.Since inception Summit's joint venture and funding partner has been Fortress Investment Group.
