Lead the IEA Wind TCP, a collaboration of more than 20 countries and sponsor members to advance wind energy through information sharing and joint research and development. The Wind TCP provides high quality information and analysis to member governments and commercial sector leaders by addressing technology development, deployment, markets, and policy options.

On a 7-month detail to the State Department's Office of Global Change, I was responsible for tracking and advising United States climate negotiators and senior officials on climate change adaptation issues in UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) negotiations and provided strategic guidance on how to achieve climate change policy objectives through US export credit agencies (OPIC/Ex-Im), and USAID direct foreign assistance.

Performed analysis of the voluntary REC market for WRI Green Market Development Group members. Assessed opportunities for WRI engagement in renewable energy with major Chinese companies. Performed initial fatal-flaw analysis of landfill gas opportunities for three major industrial companies that led to the development of two projects.
