-Carrying out pre-start up inspection on body maker at the start of the shift.-Carrying out necessary weld assessments checks on body maker before start of production.-Carrying out random checks of the operation and ensure they conform to the required standards.-Ensure efficient running of the production line.-Continuous assessments of weld quality parameters during production and maintenance of written record of the same.-Do machine change over in a professional and timely manner in conformance with the best practice.-Do troubleshooting of the machine in case of abnormalities arise.-Carrying corrective and preventive maintenance of the machines and maintaining the records.-Attending to breakdown in the body maker machineMaintaining tools and setting gauges/ equipment-Communicating at all time with the team on all relevant issues in the process of continuous improvement.-Ensure compliance to all safety, environmental, housekeeping, hygiene/ health and social issues.

-Carrying out preventive, corrective and scheduled maintenance activities.-Analyzing all the equipment requirements and assist in requisition of tools and spare parts.-Adhere to safety rules such as LOTOTO safety application.Carrying out line operations and machine setting to achieve optimum processing efficiency.-Plant machinery inspection and servicing of shakers, fans, classifiers, proctor dryer, press, conveyors, dust unit and gear boxes and writing a report of the same.-Factory equipment modification, repair and replacing machine faulty parts.-Installation and alignment of new plant machines.-Arc and Gas welding, general fabrication and fitting.-Ensure mechanical operations, standards and controls are maintained at high quality.-Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures.
