Manage a team of the duka expansion assistants, their work and professional development. Lead the planning of scouting work by developing a scouting schedule and managing route plansfor the scouts. Take lead in identification of suitable physical location within a specified geographical area fromthe scouted sites. Lead the land search process and ensure we are engaging on lands with clean records byrecommending such sites for further engagements upon completion of scouting work. Lead the negotiations and contracting process for the selected plots to host the duka containers. Managing relationships with local landowners/landlords during our contract period of engagement Track contract status and oversee the rent payment process for contracted pieces of land. Continuously review the Ablution needs of the duka team; recommend improvements and trackassociated costs to that effect. Liaise with local government agencies and GR team on land rates and physical permitting process. Own and frequently update all scouting tools.
