The Project Engineers at Walsh construction have many different skills and functions within the company. On the job sites, most will be assigned a certain segment of the project to follow. They will Track the quantity of the product place, the cost of the product place, and the production rate. The engineers will work with the superintendents to ensure that they have the appropriate equipment and materials on site in the correct location when needed. The engineers also track and enter all time recorded by the crews and code it to the appropriate components of the project.

The Technical Support Team is responsible for aiding dealers who are having fit, form, and functions, issue with the parts or applications of the equipment sold by CNH. The team is tasked with helping dealers come to a rapid solution while building a knowledge data base for all dealers to access who may be having the same issues. This knowledge data base is the internal system known as Asist, which is also the system the dealers use to contact the Technical Support Team.

The Parts Technical Team is responsible for aiding dealers who are having issue finding the correct parts or components for their equipment. The team is also tasked with building an internal log of all issues, as well as escalating publications issues in the parts catalog to the appropriate group for corrections. Parts Technical is a call center environment to provide real time solutions to dealers. The primary focus is first call resolution and call quality.While in Parts technical I learned how to, with only the unit serial number, break down a dealers unit to the nuts and bolts using several internal systems.
