*Coordinating workflows between the Vice President of Post Production and Senior Producer with other producers, editors, and graphic artists.*Training operations employees and managing their tasks.*Administration of multi-platform volumes including organization and allocation of hard disk resources to users on a 32 drive fiber optic networked RAID as well maintaining RAID efficacy.*Administration of the digital media server including creation and maintenance of file structure / productions, groups, and user lists as well as uploading, removing, and archiving media.*Troubleshooting technical issues relating to Audio / Video Equipment, Computers, and Signal Flows.*Routing video and audio signal flows from studios to control room and capture devices through cabling, digital and patch routing, as well as general studio preparation and assisting clients with studio equipment and usage.*Capturing, manipulating, transferring, encoding, and compressing media to various digital and analog formats through the use of recording / playback devices, digital routers, patch bays, non-linear editing systems, media players, and compression / encoding software.*Setup and maintenance of edit suites including cabling, addition of hardware / software to workstations, and keeping hardware / software up to date with latest patches, drivers, and firmware.*Recording and editing voiceovers in a sound booth using ProTools and mixing consoles as well as monitoring audio during studio productions.*Internal and external technical support for Mac & PC platforms.*Ordering new media, software, hardware, and field / studio gear as well as maintaining, storing, and logging the equipment.
