I am currently the Site Superintendent for Rosendin Electric on a Rosendin Meadows joint venture at SoFi stadium. I am starting a large transportation project. Currently I am working on detailing and helping some of our newer Foreman start projects and show them how to properly document our scope of work. This includes how to properly utilize document control, detailing as a way to more accurately prefab and package a project, how to keep the composite rate as low as possible within the confines of our CBA. My past responsibility was as the Site Superintendent for Lancaster City and Northern LA County Solar Operations. I was responsible for all field operations in this geographic area including manpower, installation, fabrication, training, and prefabrication decisions. Along with our quality assurance and quality control teams I verified that the work was installed to Rosendin Electric's standards which are second to none in the electrical industry. My duties included hiring new personnel and training them to excel in Rosendin Electric's culture of teamwork, quality, service, and integrity. My job is to make all the people on my team succeed and excel within the organization and hopefully become leaders in our industry.

I am an instructor of both apprentice and journeyman classes. I teach: Photovoltaics, Motor Control, Field Estimating, Foremanship, Blueprint Reading, Advanced Lighting Control, Advanced Lighting Control Acceptance Testing, and Electrical Vehicle Infrastructure. I have developed curriculum for our Foremanship classes as well as a collaborative National effort among many IBEW JATC to develope the EVITP curriculum.

Santa Fe Springs, California

General Foreman for the USC Michelson Center Project responsible for all field activities. Very rewarding experience. I helped detail the project from the beginning. I worked in Revit, Autocad, and Navis and got the building Infrastructure in prior to the basement slab being placed.

La Palma Ca

General Foreman for Rosendin Electric on the Largest permitted Photovoltaic Power Plant in the United States. I am runninmg multiple crews, helping with Submittals, RFI's, Planning, Scheduling, troubleshooting, and working on production goals.

Preparing Submittals, budgeting manhours, identifying change orders, pricing change orders, writing subcontracts and choosing subcontractors, shopping vendors, writing RFI's, releasing large material orders, and customer relations with project owners and general contractors.

Chatsworth

I was responsible for all aspects of field employee management from employee disipline, training, hiring/firing, transfers, promotions, cost saving measures, scheduling manpower, allocating resources, and safety. I also worked directly with our customers and industry partners. I had the responsibility to start a Critical Power division for Data Center projects as well as our aerospace customers.

I ran projects from the 2 million dollar range to 15 million dollars. Jobs I have worked on include Burbank High School, Raytheon Aerospace, East LA College Technology Building, Santa Clarita School District, LAUSD Schools, Valley performing Arts Center, High Desert Multi-Ambulatory Care Center, Lockheed Site 2 Medium Voltage Feeder Project.
