Overall task:Manage Repair centre to provide consistent high quality inventory and repair/screening services for all EMEA Hard drives and Power Supply units (+-14,000 units per month). Control inventory flows (Repair/Exchange/RMA/EOL/Scrap), manage inventory levels through ie. daily cycle counting and manage any inventory discrepancies. Active management of Channel partners, OEMs and Repair centre relations and contracted services (35x OEMs). Support any Engineering Change Orders and New product introductions.Activities and responsibilities:- Contract and SOP/SOW management and adherence.- Repair center operations and Forward/Reverse logistics management (15 FTE).- EMEA Logistics Spare Parts returns process, including Kitting, Screening, Repair and Warranty management.- Hard Ware screening of hard drives, Power Supply Units and network equipment (routers/switches).- OEM technical/engineering support.- Parts screening process, system tests, Parts warranty and exchange process, Quality Control, Packaging, W/housing and (Re)distribution.- Product Life Cycle management, New Product Introduction (NPI) planning and management of Bill of Materials (BOM) and End of Life (EOL), Kitting/De-Kitting, Packaging.- Continuously drive change and optimization of supply chain activities to meet business needs.- Root cause analysis process failures.- Continued monitoring Process Compliance and Risks.- Vendor/Supplier management: 20+ OEMs in portfolio.- Regular process audits and Quality Assurance.- Data analysis & Monthly KPI reporting process (performance management).- Inventory management, critical parts, depot stock levels, NPI/EOL management, Inventory Replenishment process, RMA's.- Customer care contact and escalation management.- Attend monthly business calls, engineering calls, customer care review meetings.- Data Analysis for Monthly/Quarterly business and KPI reporting.- Monthly invoicing and PO (purchase order) process.
