While at Visy, I was known for the development of a strategic “challenger brand” and its implementation across the wider business. To support this cross selling environment, I hired a group of sales executives and assisted them in their achievements of hitting personal and company budgets and targets. My team and I focused on providing end to end supply chain solutions to both new and existing customers, and leveraged a global agent footprint throughout Asia, Singapore, Europe and the U.S.A.• Managed external sales across Visy Logistics total supply chain ($350M in total sales)• Generated VGF double digit growth at 18% margins year on year (FY-15 circa $25M)• Employing a team of 18 staff and a national sales team of 5 people within 4 years • Expanded sales offices nationally into Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne • Responsible for creating a coastal shipping division including a weekly FAK service • Developed a national warehouse footprint of over 150 K SQM • Managed the development of Visy Logistics rail service moving 700 K Ton per annum
