Executive Vice President with Booz Allen Hamilton and a leader in the firm’s 5G, next gen., and cyber practice; he also and serves as the head of Dark Labs, the firm's advanced cyber adversary research, vulnerability analysis and rapid prototyping group.

Responsible for strategic planning, business development, capability development, marketing and capture management for Booz Allen Hamilton's Cybersecurity portfolio in the Civil, Defense, and Security markets. Managed the firm's strategic investment in Cybersecurity.

Served as the CIO for the US Intelligence Community. Co-led the IC's Information Integration Program (I2P) to improve information sharing and collaboration by integrating ICT infrastructure and core services. Led the Intelligence Community's Incident Response Center (IC-IRC) and worked to streamline and better integrate security policies and platforms across the IC and between the IC and DoD.

• Developed the architecture and systems integration business for Booz Allen for the Financial Services sector in London (2002-2006)• Conceive, designed and developed a large scale information integration project to create a semantic data layer that integrated various content management systems and relational database systems (2003-2005)• After the September 11th attacks, part of the initial team in November to stand-up the Transportation Security Administration, focusing on initial staffing plan for screeners, supporting the airport rollout program, and standing up the Chief Information Officer program (2001-2003)• Led DoD’s initial efforts to address cyber attacks by creating the Theater C4ISR Coordination Center (TCCC) and writing the first Network Operations policy, doctrine and concept of operations that covered all DoD networks (1998-2001)• Developed new service offering and led the firm’s efforts to use mission-based architecture analysis and advanced modeling and simulation tools to develop the business case for new enterprise architectures to support DoD’s focus on Network Centric Warfare and Joint Vision 2020, both efforts which focused on creating new capabilities using leading edge information technologies to provide the US a military advantage in warfare (1996-1998)

• Served as an Airborne Cryptologic Linguist in support of the Electronic Security Command, Air Force Intelligence, and Air Force Special Operations Command with assignments in South America, Middle East, Europe, East Asia and the National Security Agency. Served in Desert Storm and awarded the Air Medal with three Oak Leaf clusters. Trained in Russian and Serbo-Croatian at the Defense Language Institute and State Department.
