The Group had undergone some serious business failures and I was afforded the opportunity to lead a Team of very talented individuals in turning around the business until a fulltime CEO could be found and the Group was on track to make a full recovery, returning to a successful business endeavor. The Group of companies included a very capable and extensive manufacturing capability for domestic and international customers including firearms components, air defense components, surveillance mounts, aircraft parts, space vehicle parts, etc. The Group also provided aviation component Repair and Return capability as well as supply support for OEMs and DLA both domestically and internationally.Actively engaged in international business development for companies seeking to expand within their specific market/industry niches globally.Serving as an Advisory Board Member for a San Diego-based drone/AI company integrating thermal/IR sensors and large drones capable if firefighting utilizing the sensors and drones with artificial intelligence in autonomous and semi-autonomous modes.

Increased the value of the Company by $67M, increased revenue and profitability to the highest level in Company history, increased retained earnings to the highest level in Company history, doubling in two years. Increased the percentage of revenue as profit to the highest level in Company history. Added over 200 new employees on newly awarded contracts, for a total of nearly 600, 90% of which are veterans. Established two Joint Venture/Mentor Protege' Agreements with 8a companies. Developed a Strategic Pivot to conduct business in 11 Latin American countries through the use of 10 business agents in those countries. Operated with no debt, no regulatory agency or open legal actions pending. Developed and implemented a Continuity of Operations Plan. Set the stage for expanded business opportunities in the Middle East, in addition to enhancing the existing contracts in the region. Significantly expanded the full spectrum training system for international as well as domestic use. Achieved the highest contract PWIN percentage in the history of the Company. Fully transitioned HR to a paperless environment and progressed Accounting, Payroll, and Finance through initial stages of going paperless. PKL Services, Inc. was recently ranked by Bloomberg Government in the Top 20 worldwide for Defense Training & Simulation Opportunities and attained over $85 million in annual revenue. In 2016, along with the Owner and CEO, named as a Director on the PKL Services, Inc. Board of Directors. Retains responsibility for the daily operations and executing the strategic vision of the Company in a dynamic international marketplace with nearly $600 Million in current contracts, both domestically and internationally. During 2016, the Company doubled profits to near $20 Million. Responsible for oversight of Direct Reports which include the Human Resources Department, Compliance Department, Finance Department, Accounting Department, Contracts and Program Management Department, Marketing and Communications Department, and the Business Development Department. Instrumental in developing new business opportunities in foreign military sales contracts throughout Asia and the Middle East, recently resulting in the awarding of a $495 Million foreign military sales contract in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Currently, PKL has foreign military sales contracts in Singapore and Thailand as an aviation maintenance and training services company and has expanded the training element by trademarking a full spectrum training system known as OmniSpec. Also assisted in expanding the diversity of the corporate portfolio. Critical in this endeavor was the formulation of Aerospace Integrated Manufacturing Solutions LLC, as a subsidiary of PKL Services, Inc., to develop the manufacturing aspect of the expanded business portfolio. The product development contribution included becoming a major investor in Opticallock, an innovative global tracking system for all manner of shipping containers. He continues to focus on sustaining the core business of the Company while building new relationships and nurturing relationships with global partners and customers.
