Developed and led U.S. sales strategies that consistently exceeded both top-line and bottom-line growth targets. Managed headquarter sales and marketing based solutions for field sales execution in all retail channels (e.g. Convenience, CLUB, Grocery, Walmart, Target, and Drug). Responsible for establishing annual sales and trade goals, sales forecasting, supply chain and finance communication, providing retailer and competitive product insights, and defining retail execution success measures. Identified and implemented innovative technology solutions (SaaS) needed to drive insights and deliver a competitive advantage.

Drove sales and profits for five different Nestle USA divisions (Sales, Confections, Nutrition, Beverage, and Ice Cream) by building high performance teams focused on strategic, analytic, and creative planning solutions. Created scalable sales solutions with efficient, effective strategies, processes and communication. Engineered sales incentive structures and sales processes for both direct and brokered businesses, and led sales integration efforts for a number of companies acquired by Nestle USA. Helped design and implement a company wide CRM software system that is currently used by the Nestle Sales division to manage over $11B+ in sales.
