I would describe myself, first and foremost, as creative. My best skills are in that area, particularly when it comes to finding solutions to technical problems, and I've noticed that I can far outperform my peers when it comes to quickly thinking up and fleshing out conceptual solutions, from attaching a match head to a model rocket ignition device to create a self-lighting candle to designing adapter plates for vehicles. I am also very analytical. One thing I commonly do when I see something new is try to understand how it works, and I've often found that even though I might be completely unfamiliar with a particular device or tool or computer program, I can help someone out who initially understood as little as I did. I also enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds, for similar reasons. Like machines, I also have a bit of an interest in figuring out how people work, so that I can help them more. Someone different from me is just a more interesting challenge. On the side, I have a vested interest in creative writing and in self-improvement, in both physical and mental capacity. The writing keeps my creative and logical skills sharp, while exercise keeps my body strong. As a result, I can adapt to nearly any situation.
