The Inventory and Monitoring (I&M) program's primary mission and policy includes well-designed and maintained data management systems which are easily accessible to National Wildlife Refuge System (NWRS) field station staff, National and Regional I&M team members, and is relevant to USFWS biological resource information needs that also support landscape scale initiatives. I work with the National and Regional I&M teams to design, develop, coordinate and administer data management programs developed for use by NWRS field staff, I&M team, and where applicable, larger planning scales such as Landscape Conservation Design (LCD), or species-specific initiatives (e.g. Seabird Monitoring, Invasive Plant Monitoring).
