Leading role in the development of a new corporate treasury tailored to serve a wide geographic scope and strong requirements in corporate governance, in preparation for and following the Ferrari IPO. Key contact in the coordination of treasury related matters with foreign subsidiaries and cross-departmental projects. Management / Board level support in special projects including initiatives regarding working capital, intercompany transactions and financial services. Selection and implementation of treasury management systems and auxiliary platforms, as well formulation of policies and SOX compliant processes. Lead the implementation of a Global Cash Pool (US, EMEA and APAC), ranging from a thorough requirement scoping and provider selection process, through to design, contract negotiation and technical implementation. Group wide roll-out of efficient and advanced Host-to-Host payment and bank reporting system.Daily responsibility for management of Ferrari Group liquidity, including coordination with group subsidiaries for group financial planning and assisting with the dealing of foreign exchange hedging contracts in line with policy guidelines. Responsible for management of shareholder dividend payments, including coordination of Group Legal and Tax teams.

In charge of Back Office, covering functions of settlement, documentation and compliance:- Responsible for correct and timely execution of all treasury payments- Ensuring that back office is compliant with group control policies, particularly concerning sound and complete documentation of transactions and correct validation workflow. - Coordination between group companies and financial institutions, assistance with account opening and cash pooling documentation, cash management queries.- Implementation of next generation of Treasury Management System, ensuring Back Office requirements and procedures are met. Development of ISDA standard deal documentation.- Focussed on organised workspace, systematic archiving of documentation and ensuring that all key operational information is up-to-date.- Assistance with negotiation and preparation of legal documentation

Responsible for all Front Office dealing activities, development of relationships with key market makers (forex, money market and interest rate), as well as liquidity fund providers. - Provision of funding to group companies in multitude of (exotic) currencies, management of associated foreign exchange and interest rate risks through use of derivatives to hedge treasury portfolio in line with group policies. - Responsible for investment of Fiat Finance and Trade liquidity, enforcing key policy of preservation of capital and management of counterparty risk and allocation. Negotiation of rates, management of liquidity and settlement risk, maintaining ongoing dialogues with money market fund providers / portfolio managers- Managing proceeds of bond issuances, related hedging activities (IRS, Cross Currency Swaps)- Management of zero-balance multi-currency cash pool, maintaining relationships with group companies to improve forecasting quality. Ensuring optimisation of funding and group liquidity.- Responsible at Front Office level for implementation of new Cash Management System.
