• This role gave me the opportunity to work across global teams within IBM, I lead a team of market process owners in identifying and implementing business process productivity improvements. In summary my priorities were:
• Document a global gold standardized business process with only local market exceptions for regulator reasons.
• Have dedicated technical support in each market to support their Digital Sales team.
• Gain agreements that the route to market for all deals up to 500K would be owned by Digital Sales.

• Moving to the IBM Digital Sales division, I played a crucial role in the successful delivery of projects, ensuring delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards. In summary my priorities were:
• Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and report on progress to ensure action owners delivered on-time, in scope and on budget.
• For new tools deployment I worked with stakeholders and user groups with sales teams, to facilitate workshops to elicit requirements and validate end to end business processes and guidelines to help ensue successful.
