In summary my priorities were:• Document a global gold standardized business process with only local market exceptions for regulator reasons.• Have dedicated technical support in each market to support their Digital Sales team.• Gain agreements that the route to market for all deals up to 500K would be owned by Digital Sales.

In summary my priorities were:• Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and report on progress to ensure action owners delivered on-time, in scope and on budget. • For new tools deployment I worked with stakeholders and user groups with sales teams, to facilitate workshops to elicit requirements and validate end to end business processes and guidelines to help ensue successful deployments.
