CurrentLeader within the Data & Digital function (40 FTEs) in Technical Development organization (2600 FTEs). Responsible to organize digital portfolio and operations under a Hub & Spoke model (cross-functional digital teams)• Defined & established a portfolio process to enable projects’ prioritization and optimize use of resources. Drove transparency over running projects, related objectives and expected benefits• Engaged stakeholders to shift mindset and work from output to outcome, by defining yearly outcome with activities and progress managed thru a 90d cycle• Setup a simple Digital Maturity Model based on nine dimensions, with a cross-functional team. The model is used twice a year to run a survey and measure digital progress across Technical Development organization• Organized key communication events (newsletters, live sessions and website) to engage communities
