In September 2021 I started a new position as Central Delivery Solution Manager . In this role I am responsible for project based service offers end to end ... starting with customer contact , then contracting (including financial control as well as coordination of the delivery functions for these services and if needed change management) to finally closing the project.

Solution Design Manager for EMEA ... I was responsible to offer competitive maintenance solutions for customers across all industries and public areas and to provide support and knowledge for sales/offering and delivery functions.

For several years I worked as service and parts planner for customers located in CEEMEA . I was responsible to create logistics offers and to support solution designs for Multivendor services .This role included project management / restructuring of processes / process and cost optimizations

I started my career as customer engineer for customers with High Availability (CRS) contracts in the X86/WINTEL area .

I worked as "allrounder" in various positions in this company. This included customer care , main cash desk , final customer checkout and accounting functions (check and log-in receipts from suppliers) As stand-in I was working as sales assistant in the electronics department.
