- Responsible for partnering with Iron Mountain’s top commercial teams as a global IT Asset Management Expert across more than 60 countries.- Training, developing and leading these teams (~120 employees) to support Iron Mountain’s top partners globally.- Ensuring that as a team, we develop and offer the best and most complete IT solutions from Iron Mountain's portfolio of services and offerings. - Qualified for President’s Club.- Growing revenue by > 400% year on year.

Europe & South Africa

- Responsible for the development and the successful implementation of Iron Mountain’s Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) solution across Europe and South Africa.- Including management and development of the commercial teams’ sales growth across the region, training and overall understanding of the solution.- Hypergrowth >300%.

Global

- Responsible for the creation, development, implementation and management of a full Global end to end ITAD solution, at Exellyn, a global Dell Titanium partner.- This solution known as “BuyBack as a Service” – has become a trademark ITAD solution, and includes all relevant services, such as decommissioning, (on-site) certified data destruction, remarketing & recycling and all required international logistics and transport.- Having successfully created this new solution, I developed and grew my team to help expand this solution, making it now available in more than 120 countries globally. - Onboarded and managed partners globally including services, logistics and rates.- Created and developed all frameworks, solution agreements and the continued growth of the global offering.

Nijmegen, Gelderland, Netherlands

- Responsible for the company’s overall commercial growth, with a global team of 10, reporting directly to me from various departments and commercial product lines.- My key focus was on the evolution of our Data Center Solutions to include core infrastructure, all relevant professional services (installation / decommissioning / maintenance / DC moves etc) and BBaaS. Together, an effective global end to end IT asset lifecycle management solution.- Managed and onboarded all existing and new partners across 120 countries.- Achieved hypergrowth of >150% per year.

Prague, Czech Republic & Eindhoven, The Netherlands

- Developed a new role for Ynvolve, which focused on owning the global strategy for business development, account management, stock management, lead generation, training and the creation & development of a new strategic product: BBaaS which would become one of the core pillars of Ynvolve’s commercial offering today.- BBaaS is Ynvolve’s global ITAD solution, a trademark full end to end global IT Asset Lifecycle Management solution, offered to our global customer base in more than 120 countries.- Achieved hypergrowth (>150%) pear year.

Paris, France & The Netherlands

- Responsible for the development of new business and growth within our largest global major accounts.- Specialized in the creation and development of IT infrastructure & professional services global solutions.- Split my time physically between the Netherlands and France (key growth market) on a 50/50 basis, to work both English speaking and French speaking markets globally.
