-Provide guidance, direction and motivation to 15 employees, including setting performance standards and monitoring staff performance.-Communicate honestly, professionally, and clearly to higher administration, peers and subordinates alike. -Manage daily operations including utilizing inventory management software, responding to inquiries, and problem solving customer complaints in a sensitive and effective manner. -Prepare work schedules and assign specific duties including stocking shelves, managing products, pulling orders and optimizing customer service.-Review sales reports, activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement in order to inform business improvement.
