I am a veteran of the U.S. Army. I served in Missouri, South Carolina, and Germany. I worked in the security department preparing paperwork for security clearances. I spent 25 years with three different airlines as a ramp and ticket agent. They would be Ozark, TWA, and American.Most of the time I was in ramp service and baggage handling. I worked for one year in Moline, Illinois, and the remaining time was spent in St. Louis, Missouri. American airlines laid off 75% of its workforce in St. Louis in 2003, and that was the end of my airline employment experience. After that, I worked for a computer repair service, and worked for 7 years at the VA Hospital in Columbia, Missouri. I was a materials handler and inventory specialist there until I retired in 2015.
