Patrick is a consultant in Operations Efficiency and Supply Chain for Industry and Logistic Providers. He conducted several assignments both in digital transformation, performance improvement (costs and working capital reduction, turnover development, service improvement) and as a project leader (reorganization, merging, externalization, ERP implementation, and lean and flexibility projects). Patrick, as a Transition Manager, led teams to a quick and durable improvement in different company sizes and industrial sectors. He managed up to 150 persons and 100 M€ stocks in complex restructuring contexts.
