In addition to leadership schools such as the Senior Management Institute for Police, held at Boston University and taught from a cadre of professors from Harvard and BU, the leadership school is second to none thanks to the oversight of the Police Executive Research Forum.Additionally, I have been involved in martial arts for over 50 years. Having owned a school teaching youth through adult, it has helped me develop leadership skills not available to the normal businessman.
