Sie durchdringt zunehmend alle Lebensbereiche, einschließlich Journalismus und Medien.Seit Tools wie ChatGPT und Gemini für die breite Öffentlichkeit zugänglich sind, hat der Hype um KI stark zugenommen. Anfang 2023 habe auch ich mich intensiv mit KI beschäftigt. Dabei fiel mir auf, dass es zwar viele Informationen über KI gibt, aber wenig über ihren Einfluss auf Journalismus und Medien. Deshalb habe ich den Newsletter 'The AI Journalist' ins Leben gerufen. Inzwischen habe ich mein Angebot erweitert und biete Schulungen, Workshops und digitale Anleitungen für Journalist:innen und Medienschaffende an.Die wichtigste Frage beantworte ich gleich vorweg: Nein, KI wird Journalist:innen und Medienschaffende in Zukunft nicht ersetzen. Vielmehr werden Fachkräfte, die KI kompetent nutzen können, immer gefragter.Mein Hauptziel ist es, Journalist:innen und Medienschaffende für KI zu sensibilisieren und gleichzeitig auf mögliche Risiken hinzuweisen. KI wird unsere Texte nicht schreiben und unsere Recherchen nicht übernehmen. Sie wird jedoch ein starker Assistent sein, der uns viel Arbeit abnimmt und effizienteres Arbeiten ermöglicht. Mit KI können wir uns wieder auf unsere Kernaufgaben konzentrieren: gründlich recherchieren, mit Menschen sprechen und gute Geschichten erzählen.Ich freue mich, wenn du mich auf dem Weg in die Welt der KI im Journalismus und in den Medien begleitest.
