I started my engineering carrier at Bousquet Technologies in Montreal, Qc. At first, I was hired as an insides salesperson to help our export Sales Engineers. I learned a lot from their experiences as well as from their working habits. In the 2 years I was in insides sales, I learned about the whole HVAC domain. Once my general experience was gained, I then concentrated on MUAs, gas-fired heaters (propane or natural gas), ERVs (wheels, plates and heat pipes) and finally branching out to the more custom equipment (Potash units, units for mine applications, mobile units for shows and for rental applications, units for inflatable sports and event domes, waste water treatment plant units, etc.). After all this learning, I was ready to tackle my promotion as a complete Sales Engineer. I now had my own client base, my yearly objectives, new projects and new goals to accomplish. I traveled across North America, going to see our different local agents to promote our products to their local engineers and contractors thru presentations, lunch & learns and sales meetings. After over 12 years of loyal services, I decided that a change of scenery was in order. A great opportunity was presented to me: The Master Group. This Montreal based company is well established, dynamic, flourishing and with which I continue learning, growing as an individual and professionally. My goals are to help the company continue to reach new levels and expand by bringing my technical expertise to good use. After 3 years, I've already changed roles a couple of times to better find my place in the team and really bring my experience and knowledge to good use. Today, I'm heading back to the manufacturing world in joining the Air Wise Sales Inc.
