I also serve as the City's liason with local, national and international rugby governing bodies for the pupose of bringing rugby events into Infinity Park.

Responsible for all phases of production including writing, producing and directing a live studio program that ran 50 weeks a year. Managed and packaged the USA & Canadian cable television and pay-per-view distribution of three Rugby World Cups (1995, 1999, and 2003). The packaging duties included managing all advertising sales accounts for the Rugby World Cups plus our regular weekly shows. I advised the Fox Sports International programming acquisition group on all rugby content deals and liaised with the International Rugby Board on behalf of Fox Sports International on all Rugby World Cup matters. I was also engaged separately as a consultant to News Corporation to evaluate plans to launch professional rugby competitions in the United States from 1997 to 2004.
