I prepare food for dishes, recipes, and catering. I properly clean all food for food handling to ensure a healthy eating experience. I work in many specific areas of a kitchen that include such methods as frying, flat top cooking, grill cooking, and pizza ovens. Part of my job is to make sure all food service areas are properly cleaned as well as stocked for future shifts. Some special skills I have include making flatten pork sandwiches creating pizza dough along side making pizza.
