• Responsible for the implementation of project plans, addressing goals, deadlines, testing implementation and post live support of complex software applications such as Medhost EDMS, ORSOS One-Call, OBIX Perinatal Data System, and SCI Solutions.• Streamline report productivity and portability of various system data hospital wide using Crystal Reports and Crystal Reports Server.• Maintain and support multiple department applications across the enterprise using various software and server tools such as Active Directory, SQL Server, and Interface Explorer.• Facilitate meetings, training, and serve as a liaison for the facility while ensuring all aspects of a project are being met in a timely manner.
