Approaching four years of experience in the Social Service Profession. In this time, I have developed a deep sense of compassion for the vulnerable population that I work with. I believe that Housing is a human right and that it is within our power to end homelessness and create communities that will support Individuals who have complex trauma and mental health diagnoses. Prior to the pandemic, I was very fortunate to spend a decade working as a Concert Production Technician. As well as the ability to travel the world; Production allowed become proficient in many profession skills. I was trusted as leader in a Stage Management Capacity, where I was responsible for crews of up to thirty touring technicians as well as up to one hundred local stage hands. This required a lot of on the spot problem solving and decisive decision making. I would be constantly updating my understanding in order to keep up with the new technologies being developed in the field.Other marketable skills I possess include proficiencies in modern computing software (excel, teams, social media), quick learner, highly motivated, as well as very personable.
