I gained confidence in public presentations on our findings during quarterly 'reviews', which many times were combative, as we were competing for limited developmental resources. Also received training in HazMat, HazOp process reviews and proper hazardous waste management, including documentation for shipping our hazardous waste to an incinerator many states away.
