I have acquired a wide range of surveying and project management skills over the last twelve years through my various roles working for clients in the Telecoms, Gas, Electricity, Rail and Renewable Energy Sectors. I have experience in assisting clients with DCO/CPO/TWAO applications, objection management and assisting with public inquiries. negotiating wayleave, lease, survey licence and deed terms, resolving landowner issues/disputes, agreeing heads of terms and other related matters.Other experience includes review/evaluation of oversail, crop loss and reinstatement claims, researching comparable evidence, property and land inspections, undertaking risk assessments, assisting and supporting junior staff through online and in person coaching, I am also an AssocRICS counsellor and support colleagues through their AssocRICS accreditation.
