You will not be disappointed.I realize I don't hold a degree, but my many years in the industry has taught me much more than any four-year college can. While not discounting the usefulness of a degree (and the knowledge that comes with it) I have real-world knowledge one can only gain through experience and hard work.I started at the bottom, driving a ready-mix truck. I quickly learned how to batch and the basics of plant management. From there I learned how to operate a front-end loader, end-dumps, and pneumatic bulk trailers. I continued learning both plant management and dispatch, having some great teachers and mentors. And with all that I've learned I have a knack for building a tight-knit group to get the job done and logistics. You need something from Point A to Point B? I'll figure out how to make it happen.
